Ms. Jagodzinski joined BRIDGE Housing in July 2023 as Senior Vice President of Development leading development in Southern California and Washington state. Prior to joining BRIDGE, she held leadership roles in affordable housing development with Community HousingWorks (CHW), where as Senior Vice President of Housing and Real Estate Development, she headed the 21-person acquisition and development team and expanded CHW’s footprint across California and into Texas. She led the development and tax credit syndication of 3,400 affordable apartments, including master plan sites. She was the project lead for developments that have been nationally recognized for innovation in sustainability, design and finance, including receipt of a 2008 ULI Award of Excellence – The Americas and a Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits Award for Innovative HUD Finance. Prior to working in affordable housing, Ms. Jagodzinski’s experience included: regional head of Bedford Properties, a national commercial national developer where in joint ventures with an institutional investor developed over 500,000 sf of retail, office, hotel and mixed-use projects; Vice President of Project Resources Inc., a national engineering/environmental firm providing advisory services to the financial and investment industries; and, entitlement consultant for several large master plan developments. Previously, she held senior positions with the State of California including: the first Executive Director of the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee (CDLAC), the agency responsible for private activity bond allocation; and, Principal at Assembly Ways and Means Committee, as fiscal committee expert on taxation, bonds and housing including during the Proposition 13 reallocation of state and local fiscal relationships.
