Philip Keb

バイオグラフィー：Phil Keb is a Senior Executive, Luxury Brand Growth at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, Phil supports the development and investment teams in building and growing the Regent Hotels & Resorts and Six Senses brands across the Americas. Phil has more than 25 years of leadership experience across the hospitality industry, namely in global development across international luxury and lifestyle brands. Prior to assuming his current role, Phil served as Executive Vice President of Development for U.S. based investment firm Gencom, where he oversaw its luxury project investments in Bermuda, Miami and managed general development planning and execution. Phil additionally has directed global development for several well-known hospitality companies, including Langham Hospitality Group, Kiawah Partners and Capella Hotel Group. He also led a team responsible for launching the first Ritz-Carlton branded residences within luxury hotels as Vice President, Development at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Beyond his role at IHG, Phil is an active member and long-time leader of the Recreational Development Council of the Urban Land Institute and on the Boards of The International Luxury Hotel Association and Carbon Lighthouse. He is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology and lives in Atlanta, GA.
