Todd’s leadership style is both strategic and hands-on, guiding complex projects to successful completion through a combination of advisory services and direct involvement. His 3 ½ years as an “owner” within a Fortune 300 healthcare organization gave him invaluable insights into the client’s perspective, allowing him to refine tools, processes, and contracts that drive efficiency and safeguard client interests. An active contributor to the industry, Todd is involved with prominent groups such as the ULI National Health and Life Sciences Council and AMFP (American Medical Facilities Planners) in the New York and Mid-Atlantic regions.
