John Lincoln

バイオグラフィー：An accomplished business leader with over 15 years’ experience in real estate investing, management of new home construction operations, finance, and strategic planning. Prior to co-starting RAM, John served as a Director of Acquisitions with Mountain Real Estate Capital where he was responsible for identifying and structuring residential joint venture deals with premier developer and builder partners across the United States. John underwrote residential deal opportunities of various size, scope and complexity, as well as overseeing all asset management activities for the entire life cycle of projects spread across the nation. He had previously founded his own homebuilding company in Charlotte and was a Division President for a regional Carolina homebuilder. John started his homebuilding career as the head of NVR’s (Ryan Homes) Business Strategy and Finance Group for the Southeast Operations and maintains relationships with many mid-Atlantic homebuilders. Outside of the Real Estate Industry, John’s experience includes serving as the City Manager of several of Hertz Rent-A-Car’s largest national facilities and as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps. John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from the College of William and Mary.
