Jonathan Ling

バイオグラフィー：Jonathan leads the Strategy & Research team at Equity Residential and is responsible for providing thought leadership for senior executives and the investment team. He produces primary market research to understand opportunities and risks for the firm. In his role he works on a variety of research projects including market and submarket economic analysis and industry research. Prior to joining Equity Residential, Jonathan was a member of the research team at Harrison Street where he specialized in research on alternative sectors with a specific focus on self storage and build-to-rent investment. Before that, he focused on global research at Principal Asset Management, where he frequently published papers on commercial real estate and macroeconomic trends. Jonathan holds a BS in Economics from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the NCREIF research committee and a ULI member.
