Mackenzie Makepeace

バイオグラフィー：Mackenzie Makepeace is the Managing Director of DiGeronimo Development, a full-scope developer whose projects benefit from the vertical integration of its development capabilities, allowing it to self-perform most of its construction work. In her role, Mackenzie is responsible for Previously, Mackenzie was the director of strategic initiatives and market research for Forest City Realty Trust, a publicly traded, national real estate developer and owner/operator with more than $8 billion in assets. She continued her work with the Ratner family as director of development, developing over 1,000 units of multifamily at over $625M in total development cost. Mackenzie earned her B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. She is a vice chair of ULI’s Commercial Retail Development Council (Blue Flight), and a member of ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative executive committee. She is also a board member of Vibrant NEO and was a founding board member of The Circle, The Cleveland Orchestra’s young professionals’ organization.
