バイオグラフィー:
Molly founded Omni Ecosystems in 2009 with the mission to democratize access to natural spaces and to create an organization that continuously engages in bold endeavors to affect positive and meaningful environmental change. Molly envisioned, created, and leads a company that implements creative solutions to elevate the triple bottom line across new frontiers of resilient landscapes. Under Molly's leadership, Omni has grown into a multidisciplinary team creating solutions nationwide. In 2019, Molly and her partner purchased and led the adaptive reuse of the Bowman Dairy Company's State Street facility into Omni's headquarters. Built in 1923, the structure suffered from decades of neglect. It now houses Omni's inspiring design studio with a 30-feet tall palm tree, construction yard, manufacturing warehouse, and stunning rooftop showcase with 15,000 SF of green roof including 32 trees. The Omni team participated in all aspects of the design and construction of this 2.5-acre site and complex in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood. Molly holds two degrees from Stanford University: a Master of Science in Earth Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems with Honors in Environmental Science, Technology and Policy. She built green roofs as a Robert Bosch Fellow in Germany and worked as a carpenter for a general contractor in Seattle. She is a Full Member of Urban Land Institute, where she presently serves on the Public Development and Infrastructure Council and previously served on the Women’s Leadership Initiative Chicago Executive Board for four years, including two years as its co-chair. She is also a member of CREW Chicago, the Women's Development Collaborative, and the Illinois Green Alliance. Molly is a Green Roof Professional. Molly won the 2020 SBA Illinois Small Business Person of the Year Award; the 2019 CREW Network Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award; the 2018 Illinois Green Alliance Emerald Award, Individual Leadership; and the 2014 ULI Chicago Vision A 会員名簿  Arrow
