Myles Millard

バイオグラフィー：Myles Millard joined Hines in 2016 and is based in Toronto. He currently oversees the T3 Bayside development, a two-building heavy timber creative office development in Hines’ master-planned Bayside community on Toronto’s waterfront. In addition, he works on the acquisition of new development and income-producing properties, along with capital raising for the Canadian platform. He has also worked on the acquisition, asset management and capitalization of a number of other properties, including First Tower, Calgary; Prospect Place, Calgary; and 64-86 Bathurst Street, Toronto. Prior to joining Hines, Myles worked at Cadillac Fairview, in both investments and development capacities. Myles earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a dual-specialization in Finance and Real Estate from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and holds the CFA designation.
