Terrence Maiden
バイオグラフィー:Terrence Maiden currently serves as CEO and Managing Partner for Russell Glen, a real estate development and investment company based in Dallas. He draws on more than two decades of real estate experience to lead and inspire the company’s growth. Terrence is widely recognized for his leadership and vision in the commercial real estate development industry. His approach to real estate development is unique and inspiring, with a community-first based strategy. He has managed over $500M in real estate development projects and is currently at the forefront of a highly profile $200M mall redevelopment in Dallas, the former Southwest Center Mall (formerly Red Bird Mall). Before establishing Russell Glen, Terrence gained valuable experience as Executive Vice President at Corinth Properties. While at Corinth Properties, his most signature development projects were Glen Oaks Crossings, Canyon in Oak Cliff, Alexan West Dallas, and the redevelopment of Sears at Richardson Square. Terrence Maiden received a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree from Texas Christian University, where he and his identical twin brother were standout football players for the Horned Frogs. He is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations in Dallas and Fort Worth, including Methodist Health Systems (Advisory Board), Mayor Star Council, University of North Texas at Dallas Foundation (Board), Real Estate Council Foundation, Texas Christian University Alumni Board, International Council of Shopping Centers Foundation (ICSC), and Dallas Black Dance Theater (Board Member). In 2005 Terrence co-founded Two Wins Foundation with twin brother Tim.
