Chief Executive Officer and founding member of EB Arrow. Oversees all retail real estate acquisitions. Has over 20 years of real estate experience and has been director of acquisitions for Cypress since 2003. From 2004 to 2006, managed AutoStar, a joint venture between iStar Financial and Cypress, which provided financing to auto dealers totaling over $1.3 billon. Since 2010, has overseen $500 million in acquisitions with partners including The Carlyle Group, The Townsend Group, JP Morgan and Sarofim Realty Advisors. Prior to Cypress, jointly managed Staubach Investment Sales after spending eight years as a retail broker with Staubach Retail.
