Ioannis Orfanos

バイオグラフィー：Ioannis is a Founding Partner of Arbitrage Real Estate SA, a leading real estate advisory and development management firm and also exclusive affiliate of Colliers International in Greece and Cyprus. As a Head of Capital Markets for Greece & Cyprus, he brings more than 20 years of experience in investment management and capital markets together with a strong track record. He is working with major investors, hoteliers and leading financiers to originate, underwrite and manage value add and (re)development investments in mixed use and hospitality real estate in Greece and the rest of SE Europe. He also leverages his expertise in ESG strategies to create sustainable value in property portfolios. In the past, Ioannis worked in London for Europa Capital as an Asset Manager and Deloitte in its Real Estate Corporate Finance practice. He has also worked for Citigroup in Rome. He holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL.
