Steven Oliveira

バイオグラフィー：Steve Oliveira is a Managing Director at PGIM Real Estate and the industrial specialist within the U.S. Transactions group. Based in Newark, New Jersey, Steve is responsible for formulating the firm’s industrial strategy, evaluating opportunities within the existing portfolio, and expanding the network of industrial development partners across the United States. His duties include collaborating with PGIM’s individual acquisition officers to source, underwrite, and close industrial investments as well as providing support to the portfolio and asset management teams regarding current industrial holdings. Additionally, Steve works with the Latin American team focusing on acquisitions within PGIM’s two industrial platforms in Mexico, PruMex and Terrafina. Prior to joining PGIM, Steve spent three years at Black Creek, where he served as director of acquisitions for the eastern region. He began his career at High Street Equity Advisors, LLC, in Boston, where he was also dedicated to industrial acquisitions. Steve has bachelor’s degrees in both political science and communications from Boston College. He also completed certification programs in real estate finance and commercial real estate at Boston University.
