Dominic Ramos-Ruiz
バイオグラフィー:Dominic Ramos-Ruiz sits at the intersection of real estate and impact. He has worked across sectors, from government agencies and non-profits to real estate development firms and start-ups, always with the goal of building communities that drive positive change. Most recently, Dominic joined The Conduit, a community for sustainability and social impact professionals. As a Senior Advisor, he’s been supporting the organization's brick-and-mortar expansion efforts globally. Before joining The Conduit, Dominic worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he helped gather intelligence to inform monetary policy and build partnerships with a focus on identifying and scaling investable solutions to socioeconomic challenges. Dominic spent earlier years advancing sustainability initiatives in the real estate industry, including as Director of Healthy Buildings at Green Generation, where he helped launched the organization's healthy building division and advised real estate owners and prop-tech start-ups on pandemic response and recovery. He also played a key role in establishing strategic relationships with the United Nations and World Economic Forum while at the International WELL Building Institute. Dominic's expertise in real estate extends back to his time as at Weitzman Associates, where he advised institutional investors and developers on project feasibility and marketability, as well as Lane4 Property Group, where he supported the team on site selection, land acquisition, leasing, and property management. Dominic is a graduate of Kansas State University, where he earned a master’s degree in regional and community planning. He serves on the Advisory Board of the ULI New York and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Design Trust for Public Space, among other civic positions.
