Fabian Raddatz
バイオグラフィー:Fabian is Managing Director at the Labor Berlin group – Europe’s biggest hospital laboratory and the first joint venture of Charité, one of Europe's largest university hospitals, and Vivantes as the biggest municipal hospital group in Germany. Founded in 2011, Labor Berlin now processes more than 30.000 human samples per day and is one of the three most innovative mid-size companies in Germany. At the beginning of the pandemic, Labor Berlin was the first laboratory in Europe to offer SARS-CoV-2-PCR-tests on a regular basis for patients. Starting his career in an international law firm as attorney, Fabian quickly found his working focus in the healthcare sector. As Associated Partner he then moved to Labor Berlin to take over responsibility for medical diagnostics in Berlin and beyond. Besides the pandemic, demographic change, new demands on the healthcare system and the increasing lack of specialists in the laboratories are amongst the core challenges to meet now and in the future. Fabian is convinced that teamwork is key and remains passionate for healthcare and the value of medical diagnostics.
