John Rivard

バイオグラフィー：John Rivard is Chief Investment Officer for Accesso, a commercial real estate investment manager, owner and operator of class A office properties throughout the country. Mr. Rivard is responsible for spearheading the firm’s investment process and overseeing its capital markets activities. Over the course of his distinguished career, which spans more than 30 years, Rivard has acquired $25 billion in assets, and has raised in excess of $3.5 billion in equity and $6.5 billion in debt. He has direct expertise in setting investment strategies, sourcing deals, completing complex acquisitions, raising capital, managing assets and maximizing returns. He has global experience across multiple asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, mixed-use and retail. Moreover, Rivard has raised capital from large public and private institutions, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, university endowments, private foundations, family offices and high net worth investors. Prior to joining Accesso, Rivard worked as Managing Director at Brightstone Capital Partners, a real estate investment management firm that he co-founded and where he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, accounting and investor reporting functions. Before that, he was Head of Investments for Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corp., where he targeted investments in all major U.S. markets with $1 billion gross assets under management. Previously he served as CIO and COO of Broadway Partners, Partner at O’Connor Capital Partners, and Investment Officer - Real Estate at the California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS).
