Blair Scorgie
バイオグラフィー:Blair Scorgie is a Partner at Sajecki Planning, where he helps lead the company’s policy planning and urban design practice areas. He holds a Master of Architecture, specializing in Urban Design, from McGill University as well as a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. Blair is a Registered Professional Planner and a Member of both the Canadian Institute of Planners and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. In addition to his work at Sajecki Planning, Blair is a Sessional Lecturer at Toronto Metropolitan University’s School of Urban and Regional Planning, and a prominent advocate for policy reform and civic action pertaining to housing and climate change mitigation. Blair has directed and managed projects for a variety of public, private and not-for-profit sector clients. His diverse and extensive project experience includes urban design guidelines, growth management strategies, master plans, municipal-wide Official Plan and Zoning By-law reviews, Secondary Plans, community health and urban resiliency strategies, development feasibility studies, development approvals, mediation, OLT evidence outlines, and urban design peer reviews.
