Jeremy Sunkett

バイオグラフィー：Jeremy leads the management of MRA Group's multi-state real estate portfolio through oversight of strategy, development, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, asset management, facilities operations and capital and master planning. Prior to joining MRA Group, Jeremy served as the real estate lead for two higher education institutions in the Philadelphia Region. As Director of Real Estate at the University of Delaware, he was responsible for all real estate issues within the University’s 8.5 million square foot portfolio. He also led the development of UD’s 272-acre Science, Technology and Advanced Research (STAR) Campus by negotiating the development of the $45M Tower at STAR as well as a $150M corporate research facility to expand it. Jeremy also served as an Associate Vice President at Rowan University, where he helped establish the University’s real estate function, developed a housing master plan and led negotiations for the Rowan’s first public-private partnership, a $133M student housing development. In addition to his higher education and healthcare real estate experience, Jeremy has worked as a real estate consultant at JLL as well as independently. Before entering the real estate industry, he held several economic development positions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and in those roles focused on strategy, project management and financing of a wide variety of real estate and infrastructure projects. His diverse background has enabled Jeremy to work on projects in all of the primary real estate asset classes, in urban and suburban areas and across industries and sectors. Jeremy earned a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Senior Advisor with Econsult Solutions, Inc. in Philadelphia, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia’s Advisory Board and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisor for ULI Philadelphia.
