Nicholas Saponara

バイオグラフィー：Nick Saponara is the Executive Officer of Transit Oriented Communities at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LA Metro) where he oversees a wide range of programs, projects, and policies to foster vibrant and equitable communities around Metro’s growing transit system. These initiatives include Metro’s commitment to develop 10,000 Homes on Metro property through joint development partnerships with communities, local jurisdictions, non-profit and private sector entities, as well as investments in land use, affordable housing and economic development programs to enhance and stabilize communities near transit. Prior to joining Metro in 2013, Mr. Saponara was a project manager at the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles where he led various geographically targeted community revitalization efforts. Mr. Saponara holds Master of Urban Planning and Master of Real Estate Development degrees from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Los Angeles District Council and the National ULI TOD Council.
