1.CRAは、ゾーニングおよび土地利用規制に関する推奨事項を求めて、施設への望ましい代替用途/ユーザーの配置、および/またはPGHプロパティ/医療複合施設の再開発のための将来の開発者を奨励します。
2.CRAは、PGHエリア内の既存の医療ビジネスを引き付けて維持し、製薬産業、研究開発施設/研究所、生物医学などの医療キャンパスを維持するための金銭的インセンティブに関する推奨事項を求めています。
3.CRAは、建物/キャンパスの再開発のための広告キャンペーンを作成することにより、PGHプロパティ/医療複合施設を販売するためのマーケティング資料を作成するのに役立つ要素と戦略を求めています.
