ULI France Decarbonisation of Real Estate: Levers, Solutions and Valuation
Version 2.0: 5 Focus Studies
As an extension of the ULI Europe C Change movement, the ULI France “Decarbonization” Product Council aims to offer companies privileged access to operational solutions and training programs dedicated to decarbonization.
Chaired in 2025 by Ji-Won Daunis and Eric Allodi (Upcyclea), and enriched by contributions from some twenty members of the Institute.
In 2025, the Council deepened its work by organizing six focus groups:
- Focus Study No. 1 – ESG monetization
- Focus Study No. 2 – Physical climate risk
- Focus Study No. 3 – Carbon accounting
- Focus Study No. 4 – Article 9 Green Funds
- Focus Study No. 5 – Low-Carbon Rehabilitation
