Brad Beelaert

Biography:
Brad is Founder and Managing Principal of Gratia Development, a residential development platform uniquely focused on turnkey new home experiences in Charlotte’s most established close-in neighborhoods. Prior to forming Gratia, Brad's background includes more than 20 years in the commercial real estate industry, including, most recently, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of WHI Collective Real Estate (“WHICRE”), a middle-market real estate private equity firm. WHICRE, together with its legacy firm, executed more than 80 investments across five funds, comprising more than $900 million of equity and $2.6 billion of gross real estate. Brad’s prior experience includes positions at Security Capital Research & Management (a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase & Co.) and Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting (formerly a division of PricewaterhouseCoopers). Brad is a member of the Urban Land Institute and served as Chairman of ULI’s Small Scale Development Council.
