Richard Rojas, Jr. has served as Deputy City Manager for the City of Norwalk since January 2020. He previously served the City of Compton, City of Carson, City of Henderson, NV, and San Luis Obispo County. Richard has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara and Master’s degree in City & Regional Planning from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
