Keynote Speaker: Adam Ducker, RCLCO Real Estate Advisors Senior Managing Director, Director of Urban Real Estate & Public Strategies Mr. Ducker is co-author of ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing report on Attainable Housing: Challenges, Perceptions, and Solutions which outlines best practices and key solutions to  address the challenges and potential solutions to the problem of providing for-sale and rental housing that meets the needs of middle-class American households. For over 50 years, RCLCO Real Estate Advisors have been the “first call” for real estate developers, investors, the public sector and non-real estate companies by leveraging quantitative analytics, strategic thinking, market knowledge, and industry experience to provide business planning and implementation solutions.

Panel Discussion: Local Perspectives; Building Missing Housing for Middle Incomes Hear from ULI Minnesota's multi-disciplinary work group who met over several months to break down the barriers that are getting in the way of building unsubsidized housing for middle income households.  The panel will outline their key findings and recommended changes across the construction, design, financing and land use sectors.  In addition, they will provide input on how their work will be impacted by the recent economic disruption and uncertainty.
