    • Waverly Klaw, Director of Growing Water Smart for the Sonoran Institute, on local policies and resources.
    • Morgan Hester, Planning Manager for the City of Colorado Springs, on how Colorado Springs updated its land use and landscape codes in alignment with its water efficiency plan goals.
