Tom Andrews

传：Tom Andrews is Director, Head of Leasing & Operations for Henderson Land Central Site 3. Having grown up in Asia & the UK, Tom has been working in real estate for over 18 years across various Asian markets including Hong Kong and SE Asia. Tom has a strong passion for retail and specializes in mixed use commercial developments with a key focus on office & retail repositioning as well as mixed use asset management. Having spent almost seven years with Swire in Hong Kong across various departments within the Group, Tom joined Hongkong Land where he spent six years working in Singapore & Thailand before relocating back to Hong Kong to help run LANDMARK as well as create various new businesses including BASEHALL & BELOWGROUND. After a ten year career with Hongkong Land, Tom joined Henderson Land at the start of 2023 to run Site 3 in Central, Hong Kong and create a truly world class mixed use development in the heart of Hong Kong.
