Katherine Buck

传：Katherine Buck is the Waterfront and Economic Development Manager for the City of Redondo Beach. She has over a decade of experience managing projects that evaluate housing, land development, and economic development opportunities. Katherine blends her real estate experience and planning background to analyze current market conditions, test financial feasibility of proposed developments, and conduct sensitivity analysis to create strategies that deliver feasible projects. She has supported cities who are interested in public-private partnerships for social infrastructure by managing feasibility studies and serving as an Owner’s Representative. Katherine is an active member of ULI Los Angeles and serves on ULI-LA's Women's Leadership Initiative Committee. She earned a Master of Urban Planning and a Certificate of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
