Kay Battle

传：Kay Battle is a promising real estate developer and the owner of Common Sense Capital Solutions, a commercial loan firm based in Cincinnati. Kay began her real estate journey shortly after the 2008 market turn when she purchased her first rental property and never looked back. Since 2008, Kay has acquired over 40 units and successfully completed over 10 re-development projects in the greater Cincinnati area. She is currently working with the Cincinnati Port Authority and a local community development corporation to help revitalize one of Cincinnati’s most historic neighborhoods. Kay is a native of Cincinnati. She has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s in Business Administration from Xavier University. She spent most of her corporate career working in various technical roles at Procter & Gamble. When she's not working, Kay enjoys spending time with her amazing family and friends and traveling the world to experience new cultures.
