Elizabeth “Liz” Foster is a Senior Managing Associate at Hagerty Consulting, a comprehensive emergency management firm. She works with Hagerty’s clients on climate resilience, disaster recovery planning, and continuity of operations. Before joining Hagerty, Liz spent several fabulous years staffing ULI’s Urban Resilience program. While at ULI, Liz worked with dozens of District Councils to produce original research, provide technical assistance, and host programming on extreme heat mitigation, wildfire resilience, climate-adapted parks and open spaces, and drought-responsive land use and development strategies. The beginning of Liz’s career reflects her interest in integrating the climate resilience and emergency management industries. She has worked as a U.S. Peace Corps Response Officer focused on supporting a municipal government’s climate change adaptation program; a business continuity specialist for a multinational insurance company; an EMT for a 911 ambulance service; and as an environmental educator. Liz holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Macalester College (St. Paul, MN) and a Certificate in Emergency Management from Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA). 会员名录  Arrow
