传：Graduated from a French leading school of business in Paris and French lawyer, I have more than 25 years of experience in real estate as an occupier in different business sectors, such as FMCG, hospitality and life science. After 5 years working in international corporate law firms, I held several strategic positions during 15 years within Coca-Cola, then was in charge during 3 years of the network development of a French coworking operator owned by Accor and Bouygues Immobilier and joined in 2020 Ipsen, a mid-sized global biopharmaceutical company with a focus on bringing transformative medicines to patients in three therapeutic areas: Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience. The pipeline is fueled by external innovation and supported by nearly 100 years of development experience and global hubs in the U.S., France and the U.K. Our teams in more than 40 countries and our partnerships around the world enable Ipsen to bring medicines to patients in more than 100 countries. I am a workplace strategist and an inclusive French leader passionate about new ways of working and their positive impact on people and performance. I am a change enabler. I enjoy working in organizations facing major challenges in re-shaping their workplace strategy, culture and services offering to embrace the new world. My ambition is to drive deep transformations and engage all stakeholders and employees to make the most of the social and technological revolution we're in. Since October 2022, I am the Chair of the French Chapter of CoreNet Global.
