Peter King

传：Peter King is the founder of Bellatrix Ventures, a planning and land development consulting company based in Jacksonville, FL Bellatrix specializes in strategic location of development projects including multi-family, hotel, and telecommunications using advanced GIS analysis. Bellatrix also creates long range planning documents for military, local government and private organizations with real estate holdings as well as code planning for local governments. Prior to founding Bellatrix, Peter was the planning director of Nassau County wherein he oversaw several critical customer service and policy reforms. Prior to Nassau County, Peter was a senior planner for the city of Jacksonville where he earned a mayors award for his work there. Peter was also interim Planning Director at the city of Fernandina Beach where he was recognized for his leadership. Simultaneously, under Capella Ventures, Peter adaptively reused 7 historic structures for affordable housing using local and federal incentives. Peter is also a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in commercial real estate focusing on adaptively re-using buildings for small businesses in NE Florida. Peter holds a masters degree in Urban and Reginal Planning from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.
