Yuichi Kanbayashi

传：Yuichi Kanbayashi joined Mitsubishi Estate Co.,LTD. in 2004. He was in charge of Marunouchi's office business, including the large-scale redevelopment of Marunouchi and the operation and management of existing buildings. He also worked in the Corporate Planning Department, where he was involved in many aspects of the business, including the formulation of management strategies and investment criteria, scrutiny of various investment projects, market research, and housing-related M&A. He transferred to the Kansai Branch following the decision of the developer for the Umekita 2nd Phase development project in 2018 and has since been engaged in the development of Grand Green Osaka. In April 2023, he became General Manager of the Grand Green Osaka Office, and in June of the same year he also became Secretary General of the Umekita MMO, General Incorporated Association that is the designated manager of the Umekita Park. The first Grand Green Osaka is scheduled to open in September 2024.
