Chris Moreno

传：Chris Moreno is the Entrepreneur In Residence for NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and HWP, The Hispanic Wealth Project. In his role, Chris focuses on partnerships with Real Estate Developers, Owners, Architects, and Innovators who are and support Latino leadership and communities. Chris is also an avid investor in Multifamily Housing and PropTech startups. Chris and his wife have made 80+ startup investments to date, and in 1,100 units of Multifamily real estate, and is often referred to as "Mr PropTech" because of his focus on Real Estate Tech. Chris was the Head of PropTech at On Deck, an early stage investment and innovation accelerator. Prior to that, Chris was on the founding team of Luxer One (acquired by ASSA ABLOY), creating package locker systems for Multifamily, Commercial and Retail partners, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, The Home Depot, Nike, DoorDash, and many more. Chris also is an advisor to NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Council), RETTC (Real Estate Tech & Transformation Center), NAA (Lyceum Leadership), advisor with Atlanta Tech Village, and serves on the Board of the Chastain Park Conservancy. Chris lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and 3 children and is an alumni of UC Santa Barbara.
