Mr. Musarra has more than 35 years of experience managing planning and design services for a diverse portfolio of land planning and land development projects throughout the southeastern United States. His experience includes work with municipalities, private institutions and regional and national developers on projects including resort communities, public parks, retail, healthcare, education, multifamily and mixed-use developments. Mr. Musarra is active with the ULI Virginia serving as the District Council Chair beginning July 2019.
