Brad Neilley

传：Brad Neilley Sr. has over 20 years of diverse real estate experience and is currently a real estate developer and Board member for Princeton International Technology. Prior to this, Brad was Senior Vice President - HR & Facilities, for Avalon Bay (AVB) headquartered in Arlington, VA. With over 80,000 apartment homes in 300 locations. AVB is considered one of the largest real estate investment trusts (a "REIT") in the industry focused on developing luxury apartment communities. In addition, he was previously Worldwide Vice President of HR and member of three company Management Boards at Johnson & Johnson. During his tenure, he received the President and Chairman’s Award for his contributions to a team that led a J&J company from start-up to over $1 Billion in annual sales. Brad holds a B.A. in Business from William Patterson University in N.J., an M.B.A. (with honors) in International Business from Fairleigh Dickinson University, as well as, certificates in post-graduate Strategic Management Executive Education from The Wharton School of Business. He has run several of his own businesses; is a Board Member of William Paterson University, President of the 525 Water Street Condo Board, and continues his lifelong commitment to the community by serving on the boards of several non-profit organizations.
