Jeanne Pinado

传：In January 2021 I joined the Capital Markets Team of Colliers International's Boston office. I am a 30-year industry veteran, having spent the last 20 years of my career as CEO of Boston’s Madison Park Development Corporation, a non-profit, owner/developer of mixed-income housing and neighborhood commercial properties. During my tenure, I grew the portfolio through new construction and acquisitions by over 300%, resulting in assets of $200 million across 20 properties. I have deep, working knowledge of real estate development, asset management, public-private partnerships, and implementation of strategic business plans. My skillsets include various product types, asset capitalization, and development – especially intimate knowledge of zoning, permitting, entitlements, and financing. I am especially proud to be a representative of and further champion for the changes Colliers is striving to make around diversity, equity and inclusion. I have an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and an honorary doctorate in Design Leadership from Boston Architectural College. I chair the board of MassHousing and am a member of Boston's Zoning Board of Appeal.
