Maritza Pechin

传：Maritza Pechin is the Director of Development at Thalhimer Realty Partners (TRP) where she oversees redevelopment projects, including the Diamond District. Before joining TRP, Maritza was Head of Innovative Finance and Delivery at the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Build America Bureau, where she assisted public entities in exploring financing solutions, including public-private partnerships, to accelerate project delivery. Maritza was previously a Deputy Director with the City of Richmond, where she led planning and real estate projects, including the Diamond District and City Center redevelopments. Maritza was the project manager for Richmond 300: A Guide for Growth, the City’s national-award-winning master plan. Additionally, she was previously a consultant with AECOM, and the development manager at Fulton Hill Properties. Since joining ULI in 2007, Maritza has served in various roles supporting ULI Virginia, ULI DC, and NEXT Americas. Maritza is a member of the Public-Private Partnership Blue Flight Product Council. Maritza is Puerto Rican and grew up on the island and in Massachusetts. She is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania.
