传：Co-Founder-Principal of Bridge Development Partners, LLC Mr Poulos Cofounded Bridge Development Partners LLC (BDP)in 2000 and has over twenty-two (22) years of experience in the acquisition and development of industrial and office properties. Bridge Development Partners, LLC is a privately held firm focused on the acquisition and development of industrial and office properties throughout the Chicago and Miami markets. From 2000-2008 Mr Poulos led the acquisition of over 1.5 million SF of industrial and the development of over 4 million SF of speculative industrial projects totaling almost $500 million. Since 2010 Mr Poulos has led the expansion to the Miami market and has acquired over 1million SF of industrial buildings and has 1.1 million SF of speculative industrial currently under development in the Chicago and Miami markets totaling over $300 million. Finally, in 2012, Mr Poulos led the search for a capital partner to facilitate the continued expansion of Bridge Development Partners throughout the US. In December of 2012 Mr Poulos led the negotiations and completed a joint venture with Hunt Realty as their national industrial platform. In 2011 Mr Poulos and Bridge Development Partners, LLC were awarded NAIOP Developer of the Year. Mr Poulos received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
