Benjamin Rudick

传：Ben Rudick began his real estate career with APL Group in 2009 and currently leads its Capital Markets team with a focus on digital infrastructure. APL is a private, global investor founded in 1994; it is not a fund, and it invests its balance sheet opportunistically in real estate, digital infrastructure, and energy assets globally. At APL, Ben has worked on several billion dollars of transactions globally and has been part of APL’s largest transactions, including acquisition of a $1bn+ office asset in Tokyo, acquisition of a majority stake in a $2bn land portfolio in Taiwan, and development of one of the largest utility-scale solar farms in Japan. Ben graduated cum laude from Williams College. He speaks Mandarin Chinese and is based in Boston.
