Patricia Raicht
传:As the Senior Vice President and National Director of Research for the Western US and Latin America, Patricia directs all aspects of the local market research programs, output, and staff for all markets west of the Rocky Mountains for these markets. She is focused on expanding and deepening the research platform into a strong component of the firm’s offering and integrated approach to client service in the region. Patricia brings a tremendous depth of research experience that leverages the firm’s collective knowledge of market dynamics in a way that guides strategic decision making and identifies risks and opportunities for clients. With more than 30 years of detailed experience in the commercial real estate industry, she is responsible for directing the statistical tracking and reporting of an array of issues impacting the commercial office real estate market, including economic data, corporate leasing activity, and capital market trends. Patricia is recognized regionally as a leading real estate market analyst, responsible for planning and executing integrated strategies to enhance JLL’s analytical and predictive intelligence capabilities. She has been an author and ghost-author of guest columns for local, regional and national media publications regarding commercial real estate market trends. In 2017, Patricia was named one of 25 Women of Influence by the Portland Business Journal. In 2018, Patricia was named a Woman of Vision by the Daily Journal of Commerce and was selected by the Portland Business Journal as one of the three commercial real estate influencers representing Portland among 100 notable executives in the U.S. Patricia is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and believes it brings real value to the bottom line as well as the working environment and, that it is the right thing to do. She is on the Advisory Board of University of Portland's Graduate School of Real Estate Development, she has been the national lead for JLL’s LGBTQ+ business resource group, Building Pride and is the Vice Chair of the National Board of Directors for iUrban Teen, a non-profit dedicated to exposing under-represented youth to career and education opportunities in STEM+ Arts.
