Tom has over three decades of experience in airport consulting, serving as a trusted advisor to senior airport executives at all size airports. He specializes in master planning, terminal planning and programming, strategic planning, financial feasibility analyses, capital program implementation, and on-call planning services. Tom advises clients through the range of strategic, technical, stakeholder outreach, and financial phases of capital improvement programs. Tom has successfully led the completion of 38 airport master plans, numerous terminal area plans (including program definition documentation), and feasibility studies for airfield improvements. He also led the preparation and co-authored Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5360-13A, Airport Terminal Planning, as well as ACRP Report 50, NextGEN for Airports Volume 5: Airport Planning and Development. Tom has a sharp focus on working with airport owners on land development to help create new, nonaeronautical revenue streams. Tom serves as Co-Chair of the ULI Airport Development Council, which works to enhance regional economic development and also helps the airport industry diversify their revenues and work towards financial self-sufficiency. Tom lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife Lisa and has two grown sons who live in Denver. Tom is an avid cyclist and his family's passions include travel, hiking and skiing. 会员名录  Arrow
