Mary Ann Tighe Vice Chairman Insignia/ESG With 14 years experience in commercial real estate, Mary Ann Tighe has been responsible for arranging leasing/equity transactions totaling in excess of 30 million square feet and has been the recipient on three occasions of the Real Estate Board of New York's highest awards for deal making. Mary Ann helps clients from a broad cross-section of the economy to develop and implement their real estate strategies. Her on-going accounts include Conde Nast, Christie's, Crain's, EMI, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Newsweek, Random House, Rockefeller Foundation, The New York Times Company and SONY. Mary Ann chairs the Executive/Strategic Planning Committee of Insignia/ESG. In this capacity Mary Ann plays a key role in setting the strategic direction of the nation's third largest commercial real estate brokerage firm.
