Jon Vogel

传：Jon Vogel oversees the AvalonBay development teams in New York City, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey and Southeast Florida for AvalonBay Communities. He is responsible for land acquisition, joint venture structuring, entitlements, and asset planning and design in these markets. Prior to joining AvalonBay in 2004, Jon worked with Jonathan Rose Companies developing affordable housing and the Stone Barns Center for Food & Agriculture in Westchester County, NY. Jon was previously the General Counsel for the New York City Housing Partnership and a real estate attorney with Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Jon received his J.D. from NYU and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University. Jon serves on the Furman Center Board at NYU and on the Planning Board of South Orange Village.
