Bob Wislow

传：Bob Wislow along with Camille Julmy and Nancy Pacher, founded U.S. Equities Realty, which they grew to be Chicago’s largest, privately-owned commercial real estate service firm. U.S. Equities oversaw the design and development of the Harold Washington Library Center, Comer Children’s Hospital, John Stroger Hospital for Cook County, and Chicago’s Millenium Park; and the redevelopments of the John Hancock Center and Willis Tower. U.S. Equities projects received four ULI Awards of Excellence. In 2014 U.S. Equities merged with CBRE and in August 2019, Wislow and Julmy formed Parkside Realty to oversee their existing portfolio and develop new projects, such as Fulton East, in the heart of Chicago’s Fulton Market. Wislow is the Chairman/CEO of Parkside Realty, Chairman of Rush Medical University, Chairman of the Chicago Public Library Foundation and the Museum of Contemporary Photography, and past Chairman of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. Wislow has been honored with the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Lifetime Achievement Award, the NAIOP Chicago Award for Excellence, the Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) Legacy Award, DePaul University’s Outstanding Leadership in Real Estate Award, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce Roper Award, the AJC Civic Leadership Award and the 2020 Chicago Commercial Real Estate Legend Award.
