Jeff Worthe

Mr. Worthe led the firm's purchase and entitlements of 19 acres of land in City of Burbank, which is a 1,250,000 square foot office building campus. The first phase, 236,000 square feet, was entirely leased to the Walt Disney Company. Phase 2, a 215,000 square foot office building is currently under construction. Jeff also led the company's purchase of a 300,000 square foot vacant office building in Santa Monica. Jeff was responsible for the leasing at the project to MTV Networks Western Regional Headquarters (110,000 square feet), LIVE Entertainment (40,000 square feet) and EMI Music Publishing (20,000 square feet). Mr. Worthe is also leading two current acquisitions totaling $85,000,000 in value. Prior to joining M. David Paul in 1991, he was with C.B. Commercial.
