Biography Richard A. Flohr, CFA #227279 July 2004 Richard Flohr is a Principal of the Prudential Mortgage Capital Company with loan origination responsibility for Prudential's National Accounts throughout the central and southeastern regions of the United States. During his eight-year tenure, Richard has originated over $2.5 billion of loans on all property types. Before assuming these responsibilities, Richard worked in the Capital Markets Unit of the Prudential Realty Group and served as Asset/Portfolio Manager for Prudential Realty Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that was liquidated in 1995. Richard joined Prudential in 1990 working on the equity and development side of the Prudential Property Company. Prior to joining Prudential, Richard worked for RGR Properties and Madison-Newmark Real Estate, two New York based real estate firms. Richard holds an MBA from the Stern School of New York University, a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences and a BS from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
