Updated --- 1/8/02 EDUCATION Juris Doctorate, University of Baltimore School of Law, 1994 Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Texas Tech University, 1986 PROFESSIONAL REGISTRATIONS Licensed Landscape Architect: Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina EXPERIENCE Mr. Davis specializes in private-sector community planning and serves as principal-in-charge/project manager for large-scale and mixed-use projects. Many of Mr. Davis' projects reflect client relationships that span more than ten years, including South River Colony in Maryland and Crown Community Development in Illinois. Mr. Davis has experience in obtaining regulatory approvals at federal, state and local levels. Due to his expertise in environmental issues, Mr. Davis has reviewed and commented on state and local legislation, including the Maryland Non-Tidal Wetlands Act, the Maryland Forest Conservation Act and the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area legislation.
