Biographie :
Lisa leads the agency leasing practice at JLL, and oversees a portfolio of 1.5 million square feet of new development and 1.6 million square feet of major office towers in Seattle. She founded Urbis partners, which was acquired by JLL in early 2017, in 2003. Experience Lisa founded Urbis Partners in 2003 to build a service platform to deliver landlord services at the highest level. Prior to that, Lisa was a Principal of The Norman Company where she oversaw project leasing, followed by five years at Trammell Crow Company as the director of the CBD office leasing group. In 28 years, Lisa has negotiated more than 4 million square feet of leases and directed $100 million in capital improvements for clients including Walton Street Capital, Equity Office Properties, Spear Street Capital, BlackRock Realty and Shorenstein. She was also responsible for the asset management and oversight of the 11-acre Metropolitan Tract in downtown Seattle (1.7 million square feet of office space, 200,000 square feet of retail space, 450 room luxury hotel and a 91-unit, high-end apartment building) on behalf of the University of Washington for more than 12 years. Education and affiliations University of Washington, Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing, 1987 Lisa is active outside the office serving on the board of trustees of Seattle Preparatory School and as past Chair of the Advisory Board for the Runstad Center for Real Estate Studies at the University of Washington. A graduate of the University of Washington, she is also a member of the Pacific Real Estate Institute, Urban Land Institute, NAIOP and the Downtown Seattle Association.
