Bradley Rodgers

传：February 2008 Brad Rodgers is the president of Moreland Property Group based in Richmond Virginia. Moreland Property Group is a privately held real estate development company that partners with institutional investors to develop office and industrial properties in East Coast Port cities, as well as the state of Virginia. Brad has extensive experience working with institutional partners having completed over $6.1 billion of transactions totaling in excess of 110 million SF of product. Prior to starting Moreland Property Group, Brad was a Senior Vice President in the Investment Property Group of CB Richard Ellis and Trammell Crow Company. He has also spent time analyzing real estate fundamentals as a REIT analyst in a Wall Street investment bank. Brad has been recognized as a top producer by CB Richard Ellis, Trammell Crow Company, COSTAR, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. In 2001, he was also named the "Rookie of the Year" by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
