Zusammenfassung der Fallstudie: Wembley Park ist ein groß angelegtes, gemischt genutztes Regenerationsprojekt rund um das ikonische Wembley-Stadion im Nordwesten Londons und ist eines der größten und aufregendsten städtischen Transformationsgebiete Europas. Quintain, der Entwickler von Wembley Park, der sich im Besitz der Lone Star Fonds befindet, hat das Gebiet seit 2002 umgestaltet und die Nachbarschaft in ein lebendiges 365-Tage-Ziel verwandelt, das nun als Wembley Park bekannt ist. Ein zentraler Schwerpunkt des Masterplans ist Quintains Engagement für die Gestaltung von Orten durch soziale Werte und gemeinschaftliches Leben.
