Case Study Summary: Wembley Park is a large-scale, mixed-use regeneration project surrounding the iconic Wembley Stadium in Northwest London and is one of Europe's largest and most exciting urban transformation sites. Quintain, developer of Wembley Park, owned by Lone Star funds, has been transforming the area since 2002 and reshaping the neighborhood into a vibrant 365-day destination now known as Wembley Park. A central focus of the masterplan is Quintain's commitment to placemaking through social value and community living.
